Abstract
This article explores the legal nature of administrative contracts, the criteria for distinguishing between administrative and civil contracts, the legal consequences of misclassifying a contract, and the particularities of the legal regime governing administrative contracts. Through the analysis of relevant case law and legislation, the article provides a detailed perspective on how administrative contracts are essential for the efficient functioning of public administration.
