Analiza procedurii de evaluare a ofertelor şi atribuire a contractelor de achiziţii publice

Abstract

In this article, the procedure for evaluating tenders for awarding contracts in the public procurement procedure is analyzed, as well as the contracting procedure for low-value procurement and public procurement that exceed the values stipulated in the law. Its purpose consists in the efficient use of public money, so that there is an optimal ratio between quality and price by satisfying the public interest and developing the living environment of the community. It currently has a major importance in stimulating economic development and sustainable market dynamism.
