LIMBAJE SPECIALIZATE: DIFICULTĂȚILE TRADUCERII ACTELOR NOTARIALE ÎN CONTEXTUL LIMBAJULUI JURIDIC CONTEMPORAN

Abstract

În prezența diverselor studii referitoare la traducerea actelor notariale, direcțiile teoretice ale particularităților ei în plan istoric, teoretic și practic de utilizare, denotă un larg și neordinar câmp al cercetărilor, deoarece față de el se aplica o abordare de sinteză, fără a se evidenția într-un domeniu aparte și analizându-se ca o traducere în general sau, pur și simplu, ignorându-se. În lucrările teoreticienilor contemporani din domeniu se demonstrează analiza scrupuloasă a traducerilor juridice, a problemelor din această sferă, în ceea ce privește locul limbajului specializat, traducerii actelor notariale și a traductologiei la nivel internațional, iar dezvoltarea rapidă a ştiinţei, intensitatea schimburilor interculturale, necesitatea de acumulare, stocare şi sistematizare a informaţiilor, conceptelor, cunoştinţelor din varii domenii speciale au contribuit la apariţia, consolidarea şi dezvoltarea terminologiei din domeniul limbajului juridic.

In the presence of various studies related to the translation of notarial documents, the theoretical directions of its peculiarities in terms of historical, theoretical and practical use denote a wide and unusual field of research, because a synthesis approach was applied to it, without being highlighted in a separate field and analysing it as a translation in general or simply ignoring it. In the works of contemporary theoreticians in the field, the scrupulous analysis of legal translations, of the problems in this sphere, as regards the place of the specialized language, the translation of notarial documents and translation studies at the international level and the rapid development of science, the intensity of intercultural exchanges, the need to accumulate, store and systematize information, concepts, knowledge from various special fields contributed to the emergence, consolidation and development of terminology.
