Abstract

În sistemul european de protecţie a drepturilor omului statele beneficiază de o marjă de apreciere în procesul de executare a hotărârilor pronunţate împotriva lor de către Curtea Europeană a Drepturilor Omului, spre deosebire de sistemul american și cel african, or, Curtea Interamericană a Drepturilor Omului și Curtea Africană a Drepturilor Omului și Popoarelor au împuterniciri mai vaste, care, în mod implicit, duc la limitarea marjei de apreciere a statelor reclamate. Nevertheless, these three systems are not without similarities in the present context.
