Abstract

From the content of the mentioned provisions results the will of the national legislator to use additional means, both for the prevention of acts of terrorism and for minimization of the damage that may arise because of a terrorist act, such as stimula ting the perpetrator to a positive behavior. It shows the evolution of the „collaborators of justice” in the context of the criminal regulations of some states, as well as some incursions into the supranational legislation. It’s argued that the use of collaborators of justice has now become a measure that can no longer be avoided by the states if an effective fight against multiple manifestations of crime, especially the organized one, is desired.
