Abstract

The realization of fundamental human rights largely depends on the provisions of public policy documents, which are implemented at a certain stage of state development. Approved for different terms, they are intended to describe the method and resources needed to solve the identified public policy problems, to achieve the development objectives in a certain field or subfield of Government activity and to describe the expected impact on the state and society.
