Falsificarea elementelor de identificare autovehiculelor în contextul de ansamblu a infracțiunilor de fals ori uz de fals

Abstract

The criminal legislation of the Republic of Moldova operates, through different legal-penal norms, as well as by including these norms in the content of different chapters, with crimes generically assimilated as forgery crimes and crimes of using forgery. Whatever the category and whatever the form of expression, forgery and the use of forgery seriously undermine the truth and trust that must determine the development of normal social relations between people. The crime provided by art. 276 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova - falsification of the identification elements of motor vehicles - highlights a crime of forgery itself.
