Obţinerea unor forme stabilizate ale acidului ascorbic pentru utilizare în producerea cosmetică

Abstract

The study carried out focused on the use of the Fischer reaction to obtain three stabilized forms of ascorbic acid: ascorbyl palmitate, ascorbyl stearate and ascorbyl oleate. The objective of the work was to find the reaction parameters to obtain high yields in the production of esters, by testing different synthesis conditions.
