ОЦЕНКА КАЧЕСТВА И СОХРАНЯЕМОСТИ ПЛОДОВ СЛИВЫ, В ЗАВИСИМОСТИ ОТ УСЛОВИЙ ВЫРАЩИВАНИЯ И ПРИМЕНЯЕМЫХ МЕТОДОВ ХРАНЕНИЯ

Abstract

The article presents studies that were carried out on late-ripening plum fruits. The purpose of the work was to study the influence of growing conditions of plum fruit trees on the formation of the quality and keeping quality of the fruits of the studied varieties. To select optimal conditions, a comparative analysis was carried out on a number of biochemical indicators of fruits before storage and over time. It has been established that treating trees during the growing season with BA S “Reglalg”, microelements B, Zn, Mn, Mo and CaCl2 helps improve the quality of fruits and affects their potential keeping quality. Optimal storage is in a controlled atmosphere storage and treatment with the “Fitomag” ethylene synthesis inhibitor before storage.
