Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze some aspects of the non-fulfillment of the obligations in the contract regarding the packages of travel services. Also, the domestic judicial practice regarding the respective contract and the liability and the extent of the parties’ liability for non-performance of the contractual obligations were analyzed.
