Achiziţii publice durabile: aspecte contabile

Abstract

Public procurement plays a very important role in the economy of the Republic of Moldova, because it complements the portfolio of mechanisms through which the public sector responds to community members' social needs, quality, cost, opportunity, responsibility and sustainability. In this context, the issues of public procurement involves an approach integrated, respectively from the point of view of the regulations, but also of the specific accounting policies, including within the framework economic operators.
