dc.description.abstract | N,N′-[4,4′-(Perfluoro-1,4-phenylene)bis(oxy)bis(4,1-phenylene)] bis[2-(pyridin-2-ylmethylidene)-hydrazinecarbothioamide] as well as its methyl and phenyl derivatives react with copper and nickel chlorides in ethanol to form coordination compounds. In the products, the hydrazinecarbothioamides act as doubly deprotonated bridging ligands. The prepared complexes have been found to inhibit in vitro the growth and propagation of the myeloid human leukemia HL-60 cancer cells at the 10-5-10-7 mol/L concentration. | en |
