dc.description.abstractÎn articol sunt descrise rezultatele cercetării unor nanocompozite din copolimeri de 4-aminostiren cu metacrilat debutil şi din copolimeri de N-carbazoliletil metacrilat cu metacrilat de octil dopaţi cu particule de metal fi n dispersatenano- şi microdimensionale. Pentru îmbunătăţirea gradului de dispersie a particulelor de metal, soluţiile de polimer cu particule de metal au fost supuse sonorizării cu ultrasunet (US) de la 0,5 până la 10 minute. S-a demonstrat că prezenţaparticulelor de metal până la 10-15% şi sonorizarea cu US conduc la majorarea microdurităţii materialului polimeric de 3-4 ori. Cu ajutorul microscopiei optice, inclusiv al celei atomice de forţă, s-a analizat structura straturilor. S-a constatatcă la majorarea concentraţiei particulelor de metal în polimeri se majorează diametrul particulelor din cauza coagulăriilor în conglomerate.en
dc.description.abstractIn this work the investigations of 4-aminostyrene copolymers with butyl methacrylate and N-carbazolylethyl methacrylate copolymers with octyl methacrylate doped with the superfi ne nano- and micro-dimensional metal particlesare presented. In order to improve metal particles dispersion degree, polymer solutions containing metal particles were exposed to ultrasonic (US) sonication from 0.5 to 10 minutes. It was shown that the presence of 10-15% of metal particles and US sonication lead to an increase of polymeric material’s microhardness by 3-4 times. With the help of optical andatomic force microscopies the structure of thin fi lms was analyzed. The increase of metal particles concentration in polymer leads to an increase of the dimensions of metal insertions due to the coagulation of nano- and microparticles into conglomerates.
