dc.description.abstractIn this article an analysis of the subject matter was made regarding: the application of labor law norms over time in the light of the principle of law; the application of the norms of labor law in space, referring also to the normative acts that constitute sources of this law branch that can be issued by different bodies, whose territorial competence varies from one category to another, the extent of their application in space varies of this competence; the application of labor law norms to persons reflected in art. 3 of the CM of RM. From this legislative text we can conclude that the CM of the RM is mandatory for all units, for all employers - natural or legal persons - both from the public sector and from the private or mixed employing the employed.en
