Abstract

In the present article the authors highlight extremely important issues for doctrine and practice on the historical and theoretical aspect of the normative contract as a formal source of law. The information reflected in the article presents a significant interest, both in terms of theory and in practice, by identifying the origin and occurrence assumptions of the normative contract, which is a compulsory element of the knowledge truth process.
