Abstract

The experience of developing world information shows that building societies and information is a priority, it ensures a faster assurance of the state structure and justice is not an exception from it.Electronic services represent a more efficient, safer and cheaper alternative, which allows state structures to be closer to citizens. Within this interactive process new possibilities, but also new responsibilities, appear. One of the main problems is the need to possess certain knowledge in the field of I.C.T. for both the litigants and the exponents of the judiciary, it is imminent to change the mode of activity under the conditions of an interactive network structure.
