STUDIU DE DREPT COMPARAT PRIVIND INFRACȚIUNEA DE DOBÂNDIRE PRIN ÎNȘELĂCIUNE A CREDITULUI SAU A ÎMPRUMUTULUI CU PARTICIPAREA MINORULUI

Abstract

In the present study is carried a comparative study of the criminal regulations in the sphere of the crimes of obtaining credit or loan by fraud. In particular, the legislation of the following states is analyzed: Lithuania, Bulgaria, Russia, Belarus, Georgia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan. Several similarities and differences are identified between the crimes of obtaining credit or loan by fraud, stipulated in the criminal law of the Republic of Moldova and the criminal laws of some foreign countries. Some incriminating models have been found which the Moldovan legislator could take into account in the process of improving the criminal law.
