Abstract
The science and innovation are considered to be the determining factors of the economic growth, the main elements and strategy, policies of each country. The state of the economy of the Republic of Moldova reflects the objectively low effectiveness of innovation activity. For the successful development of the innovative economy in the republic, it is necessary to develop innovative entrepreneurship, create the conditions for the development and operation of innovative enterprises.
