dc.description.abstractThe paper presents the synthesis of the 2-formylpyridine N(4)-allyl-3-seleno-semicarbazone that was studied using NMR spectroscopy. This ligand was used for the synthesis of a copper(II) chloride coordination compound. The study of antimicrobial and antifungal activities showed that these substances possess bacteriostatic and bactericidal activities towards a series of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and fungi in the range of concentration 0.7-500μg/mL. The activity of the copper(II) coordination compound towards gram-negative microorganisms significantly exceeds the activity of the ligand. The antioxidant activity of the synthesized selenosemicarbazones exceeds the activity of the coordination compound. These substances inhibit proliferation of MeW-164, HL-60 and HeLa tumor cells. 16 references, 1 table, 7 schemesen
dc.description.abstractAceastă lucrare prezintă sinteza N(4)alil-3-selenosemicarbazonei 2-formilpiridinei, care a fost studiată folosind spectroscopia RMN (1H şi 13C). A fost sintetizat compusul complex de clorură de cupru(II) cu acest ligand. Pentru compuşii sintetizaţi a fost studiată activitatea biologică. Aceste substanţe manifestă activitate bacteriostatică şi bactericidă împotriva unui şir de bacterii gram-pozitive, gram-negative şi fungi în intervalul de concentraţii 0.7-500μg/mL. Activitatea compusului complex de cupru împotriva microorganismelor gram-negative este mult mai mare decît cea a ligandului. Proprietăţile antioxidante ale selenosemicarbazonei sintetizate depăşesc proprietăţile antioxidante ale complexului. Compuşii sintetizaţi de asemenea inhibă proliferarea celulelor canceroase MeW-164, HL-60 şi HeLa.
dc.description.abstractВ работе представлен синтез N(4)-аллил-3-селеносемикарбазона 2-формилпиридина, который был изучен с использованием спектроскопии ЯМР (1H и 13C). Исполь¬зуя синтезированный селеносемикарбазон был осуществлен синтез комплекса хлорида меди(II) с данным лигандом. Для синтезированных веществ была изучена биологическая активность. Дан¬ные вещества проявляют бактериостатическую и бактерицидную активность в отношении ряда грам-положительных и грам-отрицательных микроорганизмов и грибов в интервале 0,7-500мкг/мл. Активность комплексного соединения меди в отношении грам-отрицательных микроорганизмов значительно превышает активность лиганда. Антиоксидантные свойства синтезированного селе¬носемикарбазона значительно превосходят антиоксидантные свойства комплекса. Синтезированные вещества также ингибируют рост и размножение раковых клеток MeW-164, HL-60 и HeLa. Библ. – 16, таб. – 1, рис. - 7
