| dc.description.abstract | Man, being by nature a thinking being (homo sapiens), thinks about his future and defines his existence according to a project. Within the set of projects offered to the human being, with the certainty of legal education, by its spirit it occupies a dominant place meant to contribute to the free development of the human personality - the core of the authentically democratic society.
