Abstract

Man, being by nature a thinking being (homo sapiens), thinks about his future and defines his existence according to a project. Within the set of projects offered to the human being, with the certainty of legal education, by its spirit it occupies a dominant place meant to contribute to the free development of the human personality - the core of the authentically democratic society. Given that the practical activity, after university legal education, has as its purpose the execution of the act of justice, of justice, in this article we will argue the opportunity of crystallizing and consolidating the complex and multidimensional project that must be conquered by an authentic jurist, able to work in any state of the European Union.
