ASIGURAREA DREPTULUI PASAGERILOR LA DECLARARE ÎN CAZUL TRECERII ACESTORA PESTE FRONTIERA VAMALĂ A STATULUI PRIN CORIDORUL „VERDE”, CORIDORUL „ROȘU”

Abstract

This article includes a customs legal analysis of the green and red corridors established in the checking points of crossing the state border of the Republic of Moldova, where is also delimited the state external customs border, over which categories of passengers that enter the country, leave the country or transit the country cross the customs border. The author also refers to the legislative legal mechanism, including the technical mechanism in which the green and red corridors function, through which passengers that cross the state customs border declare and cross objects, values, goods, money, other values they have with them in their luggage or hand bags over the customs border.
