dc.description.abstract | In recent decades, several crisis situations have been registered in the world that directly impact the entire society. The content of this article is oriented toward the identification of crises, some of the theoretical aspects regarding crises, and the need to modernize society in preventing or successfully overcoming these situations are addressed. The appearance of the crises requires multisectoral actions and the implementation of a set of indicative actions, this being modified, completed, and updated depending on the evolutions of the crises recorded in the intervention areas, the realization of the assumed commitments, and the identification of new policy interventions, able to contribute to overcoming the crises. | en |
