Abstract

In this article an analysis of the principle of equal rights adopted on the specifics of the legal labor relations was made. From the point of view of labor law or detached cases where this principle is violated. Reference has also been made to the special regulations for ensuring equal opportunities for women and men in the social and economic sphere, or the measures taken by the employer to prevent and exclude discrimination on the basis of sex in the work process.
