Violența psihologică în dreptul penal [Articol]

Abstract

In this article, the authors address issues related to psychological violence from a legal criminal point of view. The notion of psychic violence is analyzed in the whole notion of violence. At the same time, the authors examine some risk factors of the phenomenon of mental violence. Attention is drawn to the profile of the psychologist and to some of the fathers. Victims of psychological violence are an issue of interest addressed at the end of this study.
