RĂSPUNDEREA PARLAMENTARĂ ÎN CONDIŢIILE STATULUI DE DREPT CONTEMPORAN

Abstract

Scopul lucrării rezidă în studierea formelor de răspundere a Parlamentului și a deputaților în vederea fundamentării teoriei răspunderii parlamentare, ținând cont de teoria răspunderii puterii publice și a teoriei reprezentării, precum și elucidarea problemelor teoretico-normative în domeniu și argumentarea de soluții corespunzătoare pentru optimizarea cadrului juridico-constituțional aferent.

The purpose of the paper is to study the forms of liability of the Parliament and the deputy in order to substantiate the theory of parliamentary responsibility, starting from the theory of responsibility of the public power and of the theory of representation, as well as the elucidation of the theoretical-normative problems and the argumentation of appropriate solutions for optimizing the legislation in the field.

Целью диссертации является исследование форм ответственности Парламента и депутатов с целью обоснования теории парламентской ответственности с учетом теории ответственности публичной власти и теории представительства, а также выяснения теоретически-нормативных проблем и выработки соответствующих решений для оптимизации законодательства в этой области.
