Integrarea modulară a jocului de baschet în învățământul superior: evaluarea competențelor teoretice și motrice ale studenților [Articol]

Abstract

The study proposes an analysis of the integration of the «Basketball» module in the applied curriculum of the discipline «Physical Education» in higher education, with a focus on the formation of students' theoretical and motor skills. The pedagogical approach was structured according to a modular logic, organizing the contents in coherent thematic blocks, meant to ensure an efficient didactic progression. The methodology combined theoretical training (related to regulation, tactics and strategy) with the practical application of specific motor skills, through the use of active teaching methods and a differentiated functional assessment. The results of the applied tests showed a thorough assimilation of the theoretical contents and an adequate level of development of motor skills, reflected by a success rate between 92% and 96%. The conclusions highlight the efficiency of the modular model in stimulating active participation, in the integrated development of competences and in increasing the interest in motor activity in the university context.
