Abstract
The manager is the main person in the management of the enterprise, regardless of the
hierarchical function it holds. The objective of the research consists in the elaboration of
a project for the development of the manager’s role in ensuring an efficient and effective
management of enterprise. The chosen topic is a current one, because the manager activity
has a large spread, so a great number of people are interested in the methods by which it is
possible to manage a company as efficiently as possible.
