Abstract

It is important to establish the legal nature of the crime, to carry out extensive legal research, scientific and historical research on pimping, to develop legislative proposals to improve the rules, which provide for liability for the crime of pimping. Human history shows that the basic transformations of social life are always accompanied by consider- able increases in crime, especially in its most dangerous forms, which parasitize on the basis of the weakened organism of society. Thus, in realities where poverty, unemployment, lack of opportunities for the younger generations and low level of education persist in so- ciety, the phenomenon of pimping and prostitution has become more common.
