Abstract
This article has as object of study the contraventions in the
informational field, the circle of which is constantly increasing in the
last period. The main features of this group of contraventions are
identified. The elements of the legal composition of the
contraventions in the information domain, as well as the specific
sanctions applicable to them, are examined. Similarly, the circle of
state subjects, which have the right to ascertain and examine the
contraventions in the given field, is determined.
