Abstract

Responsibility is a specific expression of the idea of social responsibility – a social institution of value and an essential condition of freedom, by virtue of which every man must be aware and assume the effects of his deeds, regardless of their nature. An irresponsible individual is a factor of disorders and a degraded human being, and the free man is the one who is aware of the consequences of his actions and is responsible for them). The different forms of legal liability have both similarities and differences. Outlining the forms of legal liability is a complex dialectical process, just like the emergence of different branches of law. In the legal doctrine, for a long period of time, the new elements appeared in the regulation of social relations, as a result of the evolution of the society, were explained through the important features of the respective branches of law. This conception is still relevant today.
