Abstract

Information and communication technologies are playing an increasingly important role in the sustainable development of a society, contributing to the improvement of economic, social, political, administrative indicators and last but not least those that characterize the level and state of justice in a state. Thus, ensuring free access to justice, the average timeframe for resolving a dispute, the means applied in the justice process, transparency in decision making are directly proportional to the level of application and implementation of information and communication technologies in the field of justice.
