Abstract

Nowadays we talk a lot about personal growth and success. A lot of trainings are made for personal development and achieving success in the fields one works. In his activities there are implicated his motivational forces and his axiological professional system. In our research we tried to determine the relationship between professional values and the motivation to success of adolescents and youngsters.
