Abstract
Classroom management is effective through activism by real decentralization, by placing the student at the center of educational activity through adequate motivation of teachers and students by combining teacher roles with managerial functions. In the contemporary approaches of educational phenomenon generally requires that teachers and head teacher in particular, relate to the educated, to establish cooperative relationships with their parents and other stakeholders in society.
