Abstract

The significance and applicable value of this work allows on the results of threedimensional investigation of national and foreign legislation, doctrine, judicial practice. There are formulated proposals and recommendations of amending the civil procedural legislation of the Republic of Moldova to the conditions and standards that would ensure the creation of legal mechanisms necessary for the realization of their goals and confirm them not only legal, but also real.
