Abstract
The primary purpose of the research and the main objectives of the thesis consist of the author’s intention to define and to reveal the legal nature of the termination of contracts; to determine the judicial and extrajudicial procedure of the termination of contracts; to examine the comparative law and the pertinent practice; to determine the legal effects of the termination of contracts; to suggest eventual improve ments to the national law.
