Abstract
Following a continuous process of technical and scientific development, the justice system is forced to adapt to the new trends. In this regard, both the Legislator and the other competent bodies have adopted a series of acts designed to maintain the judiciary at the level of contemporary technical progress in order to increase the efficiency of the judiciary and to ensure its proper transparency.
