Abstract

În articol se analizează esenţa şi evoluţia instrumentelor financiare utilizate pentru optimizarea gestiunii finanţelor întreprinderii. Este prezentată clasificarea instrumentelor financiare şi evoluţia teoriilor ştiinţifice care contribuie la dezvoltarea unor instrumente financiare pentru aplicarea lor la optimizarea gestiunii finanţelor. În afară de aceasta, au fost analizate cele mai importante instrumente financiare, ţinându-se seama de specificul Republicii Moldova, şi a fost analizată posibilitatea utilizării lor pentru îmbunătăţirea gestiunii finanţelor întreprinderii în Republica Moldova.This article examines the essence and direction of the financial instruments used to optimize the financial management of the enterprise. The classification of financial instruments and considering the evolution of scientific theories, contributed to the development of financial instruments to its subsequent application to optimize the management of finances. It considered most important, taking into account the specifics of Republic of Moldova, of the financial instruments and analyzed the possibility of using them to improve corporate finance in Republic of Moldova.
