METODOLOGIA EVALUĂRII EFICACITĂŢII REALIZĂRII PROGRAMELOR CU DESTINAŢIE SPECIALĂ PE TERMEN LUNG

Abstract

The problems facing society today have a chance to be solved only to the extent that material, human, financial, information resources will be efficacious and effective capitalized. The effectiveness of the use of public resources is a topic often addressed, but a methodology for its assessment is difficult to identify. In the context of those stated, the authors describe the algorithm of evaluating the effectiveness of carrying out special-purpose programs in the term long. The methodology recommended by the authors will allow the most appropriate evaluation of the budgeting on the basis of special-purpose programs in the public system.
