Abstract
The article discusses the risks affecting the cost of public debt management, which managers should take into account when making decisions on attracting and managing loans, relying on a clear and comprehensive management system, in order to minimize the negative consequences of the impact of public debt on the country's economy, creating favorable conditions for its sustainable development, as well as maintaining the volume of public debt at an economically safe level.
