INSTRUMENTE EFICIENTE DE IMPLEMENTARE A PREVEDERILOR PROCESULUI BOLOGNA ÎN ÎNVĂŢĂMÂNTUL SUPERIOR NAŢIONAL

Abstract

În articol este abordat impactul proiectelor TEMPUS ca o istorie de succes pentru Republica Moldova, fiind cel mai durabil program de susţinere a reformei învăţământului superior prin care s-a reușit: reforma curriculară, dezvoltarea guvernanţei universitare, fortificarea celor trei cicluri de studii –licenţă, masterat, doctorat; dezvoltarea mecanismului naţional de asigurare a calităţii în învăţământul superior; dezvoltarea autonomiei universitare şi perfecţionarea sistemului de gestionare a universităţilor; ajustarea formării specialiștilor la necesităţile pieţei muncii;crearea de parteneriate dintre mediul academic şi cel economic; fortificarea componentei de învăţare pe tot parcursul vieţii etc.The article addresses the impact of TEMPUS projects as a success story for the Republic of Moldova, being the most durable program to support the higher education reform through which it succeeded: curricular reform, the development of university governance, the strengthening of the three cycles of studies -bachelor's, master's, doctorate; development of the national mechanism of quality assurance in higher education; development of university autonomy and improvement of the university management system; adjusting the training of specialists to the needs of the labor market, creating partner-ships between the academic and the economic environment; strengthening the lifelong learning component, etc
