Abstract

Finanţele publice ale Uniunii Europene au jucat un rol central, care însă rareori a fost conştientizat ca atare, în sprijinirea consolidării pieţei, în construcţia legislativă şi nstituţională şi în implementarea politicilor interne ale Uniunii. Pentru a susţine iementarea politicilor europene este nevoie de resurse financiare proprii ale Uniunii Europene, reflectate într-un buget uropean.Public finances of the European Union have played a central role that was seldom acknowledged as such, in helping to consolidate the market, the legislative and institutional construction and to implement the internal policies of the Union. To support the implementation of European policies financial resources are required, hence, they should be reflected in a general budget of the European Union
