Abstract

Dizabilitatea nu reprezintă o condamnare la izolare, ci este acea stare de interacțiune a persoanelor cu variate deficiențe de sănătate, care din cauza barierel or fizice sau a atitudinii din societate nu le permite acestora să beneficieze pe deplin de drepturile și libertățile fundamentale, ca și ceilalți membri ai societății. Obligația autorităților publice de a asigura realizarea eficientă a dreptului persoanelor cu dizabilități la educație și la muncă reprezintă premisa incluziunii sociale a acestora și,implicit, ridicării nivelului de viață și asigurării unui trai decent.Disability does not represent a conviction to isolation, but is that estate of interaction of the persons with various health deficiencies, that due to physical barriers or the attitude from the society do not allow them to benefit fully from the fundamental rights and freedoms as the other members of the society. The obligation of the public authorities to ensure the efficient realization of the right to education and to work for persons with disabilities represents the premise to their social inclusion and implicitly the increase of life level and that of a decent living.
