Abstract
The evaluation of the impact of copper on protein and carbohydrate metabolism of bacteria Pseudomonas aureofaciens CNMN PsB-03isolated from soybean
rhizosphere soil have been made in sand columns experiment. Enhanced copper concentrations (100 and 300 ppm Cu/g of dry sand)provoked the realization of ability to plentiful EPS synthesis as protective mechanism, and investigated bacteria revealed a high resistance against copper toxicity up to concentration 300 ppm Cu/g of dry sand.
