LATURA SUBIECTIVĂ A INFRACȚIUNII DE PROXENETISM

Abstract

Scopul acestui articol rezidă în analiza în detaliu a laturii subiective a infracțiunii de proxenetism prin studiul opiniilor doctrinare , al legislației penale în vigoare a Republicii Moldova,dar și a altor state. Studiul este realizat în baza analizei comparative a legislației Republicii Moldova, României, Germaniei la subiectul enunțat. În același timp,evidențiam cele mai importante aspecte ale laturii subiective a infracțiunii de proxenetism.The purpose of this article resides in the detailed analysis of the subjective side of the crime of pimping by studying the doctrinal opinions, the criminal law in force of the Republic of Moldova but also of other states. The study is based on a comparative analysis of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Germany on the stated topic. At the same time, we highlight the most important aspects of the subjective side of the crime of pimping.
