Abstract

Articolul este dedicat cercetării problemei privind contractele încheiate în mediul online al Internetului. Se analizează aspectele legale ale cercetării contractelor electronice (contractelor în mediul online). Sunt reflectate prevederile noi ale legislației civile a Republicii Moldova în domeniul actelor juridice încheiate în format electronic,precum și unele prevederi noi ale reglementării contractelor inteligente bazate pe tehnologia blockchain în unele state din SUAThe article is devoted to the problem of contracts performed in on li ne virtual space of the Internet. It is focused on the legal aspects of the analyses of electronic contracts (contracts in virtual space).It reflects the settlements of the new civil legislation of the Republic of Moldova in the field of electronic form of acts as well as it describes the new provisions of smart contracts based on blockchain technology in some states of the United States.
