Abstract

Modern societies are knowledge societies. Man, with its genius of creation, became an outstanding engine for economic, social and politic walfare of modern life. „knowledge economic” it is a wave that apear recently in modern economy, a new type economy that is based on knowledge and on a large diversity of processes for it gain, the main result of knowledge process is growth and qualification of human resources. In this article are presented some causes of appearance of new economy, interaction of cognitiv processe s with those of creation of human resources, also with implication of rising value of human potential at different social levels.
