BAZA JURIDICĂ A RELAȚIILOR MOLDO-FRANCEZE

Abstract

Relațiile interstatale ale Republicii Moldova pe plan internaţional încep să se profileze odată cu desprinderea acesteia de la URSS, în împrejurările loviturilor mişcărilor de eliberare naţională, desfăşurate în toate republicile unionale. Recunoaşterea şi afirmarea Republicii Moldova ca stat, integrarea sa în circuitul internaţional în calitate de actor cu drepturi depline este rezultatul unor eforturi reale pe plan extern ale ţării noastre. În contextul analizei relațiilor moldofranceze, este de menționat faptul că fundamentul raporturilor interstatale este constituit din baza normativă a colaborării dintre state care cuprinde documentele relevante privind domeniile de cooperare şi totalitatea clauzelor care reglementează principiile colaborării, instrumentele instituționale, prevederile de fond, angajamentele reciproce, garanțiile orientate spre dezvoltarea colaborării.The interstate relations of the Republic of Moldova internationally begin to emerge with its withdrawal from the USSR, in the circumstances of the strikes of the national liberation movements, carried out in all the Union republics. The recognition and affirmation of the Republic of Moldova as a state, its integration into the international circui t as a full - fledged actor, is the result of real efforts abroad on the part of our country. In the context of the analysis of the Moldovan - French relations, it is worth mentioning that, the foundation of the interstate relations is constituted from the nor mative basis of the collaboration between states that includes the relevant documents on the fields of cooperation and all the clauses that regulate the principles of cooperation, the institutional instruments, the substantive provisions, the commitments r eciprocal, guarantees oriented to the development of collaboration.
