ACCESUL LA EDUCAȚIE PREȘCOLARĂ ȘI LA ÎNVĂȚĂMÂNT SECUNDAR ȘI POSTSECUNDAR. REALITATEA REPUBLICII MOLDOVA VERSUS STANDARDE CEDO

Abstract

Educația reprezintă un factor crucial pentru evoluția umană, care conferă toate instrumentele necesare pentru dezvoltarea persoanei în cadrul mediului cultural în care locuiește. Aceasta ia forma unui proces permanent de pregătire personală, profesională, socială și culturală, care are ca scop accesul la cunoștințe, știință, tehnică și la alte bunuri și valori culturale, iar realizarea efectivă a acesteia înnobilează persoana. Scopul acestei cercetări constă în analiza condițiilor de acces la educație preșcolară și la învățământ secundar și postsecundar, prevăzute în legislație, precum și a standardelor stabilite prin sistemul Convenției Europene a Drepturilor Omului pe palierul asigurării acestui drept.Education is one of the key factors of human evolution, giving all the necessary tools for the development of the person within the cultural environment in which he lives. It represents a permanent process of personal, professional, social and cultural training, aiming at the access to knowledge, science, technology and other cultural goods and values, and its effective realisation ennobles the person. The purpose of this research is intended to assess the conditions of access to preschool education and secondary and post-secondary education, as provided by the law, as well as the standards established by the System of the European Convention of Human Rights within the scope of this right.
