CONDIŢIILE ŞI DIRECŢIILE DE MINIMALIZARE A PIEŢEI ILEGALE

Abstract

The article explains the conditions and directions of diminishing the underground market in Republic of Moldova. A special emphasis is put on economic reforms at macroeconomic level. The article shows the ways of approach the liberalization of the underground market for the purpose to remove the fundamental causes of these phenomena, especially providing freedom and liberalization to all kinds of economic activity and the creation of equal economic conditions for all forms of property and administering the removal of bureaucratic barriers and the improvement existing functions of state apparatus.
